RETURN CRITERIA:

Jewelry & Bling Ears - Must be in the original packaging and be unworn.

Travel accessories - Must be free of makeup, perfume, and any other marks or stains.

Made to Order Ears and Headbands - Returns ARE NOT accepted on these made to order items.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM:

• Returns must be initiated by you within 48 hours of the delivery of your item by emailing HELLO@TWOPARKPRINCESSES.COM with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will reply with return instructions. Please be sure to reply to our emails promptly. Failure to reply may result in cancellation of the return.
• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item back to Two Park Princesses.
• Please be sure to follow the instructions in our return confirmation email carefully.
• We recommend that you send your return back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit and cannot process your STORE CREDIT if the item does not arrive.
• Upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it meets all return criteria we will process your STORE CREDIT and email you the necessary information.
• Please note that if the item is returned to us in a non resalable condition, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.

EXCHANGES:

Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size or color (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.

Your necklace will include a suede micro fiber cleaning cloth for cleaning.

PLEASE REMEMBER:
-Avoid contact with perfume, body lotions, hair sprays or other chemicals
-Remove your jewelry before going to bed
-Remove jewelry when bathing, showering or swimming 
-Remove jewelry when participating in physical activities which may cause perspiration
-Store your jewelry separately in an air-tight jewelry box
-Keep your jewelry clean and shiny by wiping with the provided micro fiber cleaning cloth

Please remember that exposure to moisture will affect the finish of your jewelry. Additionally, It is natural that over time the finish may fade in color however, following the provided guideline will help extend the beauty of your magical item!

We recommend that you store your Bling Ears in the provided pouch when not in use and handle them with care.

Care Instructions - Made to Order Ears

Your made to order products are made by hand so please remember to handle them with care. We do not suggest getting them wet or letting them sit in the direct sun. Please use care when putting them in and pulling them out of bags whether it be while traveling or in the parks. Remember they are handmade and handle them with love!

Care Instructions - Travel Accessories

Travel Accessories can be spot cleaned with a wet cloth. Please do not use any cleaning agents or place them in the washing machine. 

Please note that the BFF Backpack is meant for everyday use/travel use or park use. It is not meant for hiking or any other rough/strenuous activities.
