Return and Exchange Policy
If you have any issues with your purchase, please email email@example.com within 48 hours of the delivery date and we’ll help make it right.
- Please note that we do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds (no exceptions)
- Only store credit is issued
Jewelry - Must be in the original packaging and be unworn.
Travel accessories - Must be free of makeup, perfume, and any other marks or stains.
Ears and headbands - Returns ARE NOT accepted on these made to order items.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM:
- Returns must be initiated by you within 48 hours of the delivery of your item by emailing HELLO@TWOPARKPRINCESSES.COM with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions. Please be sure to reply to our emails promptly. Failure to reply may result in cancellation of the return.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item back to Two Park Princesses.
- Please be sure to follow the instructions in our return confirmation email carefully.
- We recommend that you send your return back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit and cannot process your STORE CREDIT if the item does not arrive.
- Upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it meets all return criteria we will process your STORE CREDIT and email you the necessary information.
- Please note that if the item is returned to us in a non resalable condition, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size or color (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.
