Processing and Shipping time

Processing:

• All Jewelry and Travel Accessories have a 2-3 week processing time
  
• All Handmade items (Bows & Jackets) have a 3-4 week processing time
  

Processing times =  The time that it takes TPP to prepare your order to ship. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via USPS upon completion of our stated processing time. Please review your shipping options at checkout to be sure you choose the best one for you.

REMEMBER - once an item has shipped we do not have control over any delays/issues that may occur with the USPS. You will always be able to track your package via a tracking number provided to you and we always suggest calling your local post office for any additional information.

Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Two Park Princesses is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Pre-Order Processing & Shipping Policy:

Pre-Order items will ship no later than 10 weeks from date of order and cannot be cancelled or returned. Payment will be processed at the time of order. We suggest that Pre-Order items be ordered separately from any other purchases. If your order includes multiple items including a Pre-Order item, the entire order will ship together according to the 10 week Pre-Order shipping policy. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

If you have any issues with your purchase, please email hello@twoparkprincesses.com within 48 hours of the delivery date and we’ll help make it right.

• Only store credit is issued
• We do not accept cancellations

RETURN CRITERIA:

Jewelry & Bling Ears - Must be in the original packaging and be unworn.

Travel Accessories - Must be free of makeup, perfume, and any other marks or stains.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM:

• Returns must be initiated by you within 48 hours of the delivery of your item by emailing HELLO@TWOPARKPRINCESSES.COM with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will reply with return instructions. Please be sure to reply to our emails promptly. Failure to reply may result in cancellation of the return.
• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item back to Two Park Princesses.
• Please be sure to follow the instructions in our return confirmation email carefully.
• We recommend that you send your return back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit and cannot process your STORE CREDIT if the item does not arrive.
• Upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it meets all return criteria we will process your STORE CREDIT and email you the necessary information.
• Please note that if the item is returned to us in a non resalable condition, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.

EXCHANGES:

Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size or color (if it's available). Otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.

Jewelry

Please Remember:

• Avoid contact with perfume, body lotions, hairspray, and other chemicals

• Remove your jewelry before going to bed

• Remove jewelry when bathing, showering, or swimming

• Remove jewelry when participating in physical activities that may cause perspiration

• Store your jewelry separately in an airtight jewelry box

• Keep your jewelry clean and shiny by gently wiping with a microfiber cleaning cloth

Please note that exposure to moisture can affect the finish of your jewelry. It is also natural for the finish to fade over time; however, following these care guidelines will help preserve the beauty and longevity of your magical piece.

Bling Ears & Tiara Headbands

Our Bling Ears and Tiara Headbands are delicate statement pieces and should be handled with care. We recommend storing them in the provided pouch when not in use and avoiding placing heavy items on top of them or packing them tightly in backpacks, luggage, or tote bags where pressure can cause bending or breakage. Please take extra care when traveling, as tossing or tightly packing them in suitcases can damage the structure and embellishments.

Bling Jackets

Bling Jackets are hand washed only. Hang to dry—do not place it in the dryer, as heat and tumbling may dislodge rhinestones.

Travel Accessories

Travel accessories can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Please do not use cleaning agents or place them in the washing machine.
